Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a14-day exchange policy, meaning you can request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your item if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Exchange Policy (Wrong or Damaged Items)
If you received a wrong or damaged item:
• We will arrange a courier to collect the original item first.
• Once collected, we will dispatch the correct replacement within 48 hours.
To be eligible:
• The item must be in the same condition as received
• Unused, with original packaging and tags
• Proof of purchase is required
Refund Policy (Defective Products Only)
If the product is not working:
• We will arrange a courier to collect the item for inspection
• After receiving and inspecting the item:
• If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will issue a refund
• The refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days
Returns for Non-Defective Items
If the item has no defect but the customer still wishes to return it:
• The item will be collected and inspected in our warehouse
• A delivery/service fee of AED 60 will be deducted
• The remaining amount will be refunded within 7 working days after receiving the item
Important Notes
• We do not accept returns without valid reason (damage, defect, or wrong item)
• All requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
